02Data processed
Account data includes name, email, phone and sign-in sessions. Service data includes strip identifiers, outlet names and states, energy readings, places you enter, schedules, automations, sharing and support messages. Connection logs may include IP addresses and IP-derived approximate location, not necessarily GPS location.
03Purposes
We process data to provide accounts, authentication, device control, energy calculations, rules, support and service protection. We do not sell customer data. Do not send passwords or connection secrets in support messages.
04AI and integrations
When you use AI assistants, your messages and necessary request context are processed through the AI service. Connecting an external platform through MCP or API allows data and actions within your granted permissions. External platforms have their own policies. You can disconnect integrations in your account.
05Service providers and sharing
Hosting, authentication, operation and connectivity services support the platform. Recipients of a shared strip can access its data within granted permissions. NVR motion automation relies on notifications from the connected source; camera integration does not by itself mean video is uploaded.
06Retention and security
Account and operational data is kept while needed for the service; deletion can be requested. Retention varies by record type. We do not promise a uniform backup or legally required record deletion period. We explain any retention exception and period when handling requests. No service can guarantee zero risk.
07Your choices and changes
Edit your profile, manage sessions and connections, or request access, correction, a copy or deletion through the privacy email. Additional rights depend on applicable law. Material changes update this page. The service is not directed at children; contact us if a child's information was submitted.
