01Accounts and access
Provide accurate details and protect your account and keys. Control only devices you own or are authorised to control. You are responsible for access granted to other users and external platforms.
02Electrical safety
Kahraba is a control tool, not a replacement for electrical protection or safety equipment. Follow manufacturer limits. Do not rely on remote connectivity for medical, emergency or hazardous loads. Reconnecting or deleting an account does not physically disconnect power.
03Connectivity and readings
Commands depend on device, gateway and internet connectivity. Schedules and readings may be delayed or interrupted. Energy and cost estimates do not replace utility meters. Check physical state when necessary.
04Acceptable use
Unauthorised access, key misuse, service disruption and infringement of others' rights are prohibited. Access may be restricted to protect users or respond to abuse. These terms do not reduce mandatory legal rights.
05Support and termination
Use support tickets or admin@elsabe2.com. Account deletion can be requested through the dedicated page. These terms do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or endorsement by LG or app stores. Trademarks belong to their owners.
